DOX manages users based on their accounts. Logging in to DOX requires an account and password.

It is possible to set a password lifetime for all users to make them update their password regularly. You can also prevent previously-used passwords from being used again in the settings.

It is also possible to set a lockout that prevents login after the specified date by setting an expiration date for accounts.
