Set Account Expiration Date

You can specify an account expiration date to prevent login after a certain day. This function can be used for loaning out accounts to external staff for a certain period, etc.

notice
If a user is already logged in when their account expires, they can continue to use the service until they log out.
Hint
You can prevent an account from logging in immediately by specifying a past date as the account expiration date.s
If both the password lifetime and account expiration date have passed, the account expiration takes priority and users of the corresponding account cannot log in.
Step 1
Click the account (e.g. "user01") you want to set on the "Account List" page.
Hint
When an account expiration date is already set, it is shown in the Account List.

Specify an account expiration date on the "Account Details" screen, and then click "Confirm".
Term Description
Account Expiration Date Enter an expiration date (mm/dd/yyyy), or click "..." and click a date on the calendar. Login will no longer be possible from midnight on the date specified. "unlimited" is selected when no setting is made.

Confirm the details, and then click "Modify".
Hint
"Back" reverts you to the edit screen in Step 3. "Stop" aborts editing of the account and reverts you to Step 2.
