Troubleshooting day-to-day problems

I cannot access DOX.
I cannot access common space.
I cannot upload files.
I accidentally deleted all access control on the folder. Now I can no longer access the folder. What can I do to recover access to the folder?
Uploading files with Internet Explorer’s WebUI is slow at times.
Some folders in common space do not appear.
I cannot download the file attachment through the URL link in the mail message. Why do I receive an error message, "Onetime URL has become invalid"?
I cannot send mail.
I do not receive activation mail.
The antivirus check is interrupted when uploading files during mail or file operations.
"Antivirus Action: System Error" appears when uploading files during mail or file operations.

I cannot access DOX.

Verify that both your account and password are correct.
Some proxy servers may prevent the use of DOX. Please try disabling the proxy if the problem persists.

I cannot access common space.

Access control setting of the Top folder in common space may be improperly configured.
Use an account with “Access Control Setting” role to correct the setting.

I cannot upload files.

You may have exceeded the total storage amount set by the service contract. If you are unable to upload a file to particular group space, you may have exceeded the group space’s quota amount. Please delete unnecessary files and folders to free up space. Access control setting also may prevent the file upload to common space.

Accounts with “Access Control Setting” role can access any folder regardless of the access rights. Log in using the accounts with “Access Control Setting” and reset the access setting on the folder.

Uploading files with Internet Explorer’s WebUI is slow at times.

Microsoft reports that WebUI’s file upload may be slow at times under the following environments:
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 for Windows XP
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 for Windows 2000
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 for Windows NT 4.0
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 for Windows Millennium Edition

File attachment's effective period may have expired. Please contact the sender of the message.

There may not be enough storage space. Please add additional storage space or delete unnecessary files. Contact your administrator for additional storage space.

Please verify the mail address registered with the account.

The antivirus check is interrupted when uploading files during mail or file operations.

The antivirus check may be interrupted in the following cases:
- When the file is large
- When the file is a self-extracting archive in .exe format, etc.
When a antivirus check is interrupted, you may be able to upload by temporarily turning off the antivirus check or changing the format of the archive.

"Antivirus Action: System Error" appears when uploading files during mail or file operations.

When "Antivirus Action: System Error" is displayed, the virus scan engine used in DOX may have been in the process of updating when the file was uploaded. Please try uploading again.
