Activation verifies the mail address to be used with DOX's mail extension (Use Mail) feature. The account that has its mail address yet to be activated cannot use the Use Mail feature. Please complete the activation by following the instructions in the message sent to the registered mail address.
You receive activation mail when you register a mail address with your DOX account. Select User Setting to register the mail address. Your administrator, however, may have prevented the mail address registration in the User Setting. Please contact your administrator to resolve the issue.
Use Mail feature lets you send a mail message while uploading a file attachment to DOX. Use Mail facilitates the exchange of a large file attachment.
While you cannot change the file attachment, you can delete the file even after you sent the message. Please refer to the HELP on Use Mail for more details.

Read receipt mail notifies you when someone accesses the onetime URL you sent in your mail. You may select to send a read receipt in User Setting or when you compose a message.

A compatible mail application is usually required to open an .eml format file, but it can also be opened using a text editor such as Notepad.
Save the .eml format file to your desktop and open it after launching a text editor, or right-click the file and point to "Open with", then select a text editor.
