What is IIJ Secure MX Service and DOX Link?

IIJ Secure MX Service Link is an optional feature available with IIJ Secure MX service. File attachment automatically uploads to DOX when the file is sent from a regular mail client such as Outlook Express.

Why is IIJ Secure MX Service and DOX Link not available even though we already signed up for IIJ Secure MX service?

Some required settings may not be complete to use Secure MX Link. Please refer to the HELP on Secure MX Link Feature for more details. IIJ Secure MX service settings may not be complete if the Secure MX Link setting screen does not appear. Please check with your administrator.

Can I put the restriction on the file attachment size to upload?

Yes.
You can restrict the file attachment to upload by file size or file extension. Please refer to the HELP on Secure MX Link Feature for more details.

Can each account have different restriction settings on file attachment to upload?

Yes.
Use Manage Mail to allow each user to configure the individual setting.

What happens if the file attachment fails to upload?

Yes.
You can either specify 1) send the mail with file attached or 2) return an error message without sending the mail.

Can I selectively choose which account to use IIJ Secure MX service?

Yes, you can.
Use Manage Mail to allow Secure MX Link Switch for each account.
