Disk Storage Space

How much disk space is available?

How much disk space is available?

It depends on the terms of your service contract.
New group space screen shows you the amount of available disk space.

Can we add more disk space?

Yes. Please use “IIJ Service Online” to add more space. Please contact the person who is in charge of the service contract.

Is there size limit on a single file?

Yes. The maximum size per file is limited to 2GB.

Can I restrict the available capacity on a folder basis?

You can set the quota on each group space.
See “Manage Group Space” for more information on how to set the quota of your group space.

I deleted unnecessary files but the available space does not change?

Deleted files and folders will move to the Trashbox of the account that performed action. Files and folders in the Trashbox still count toward your usage amount. Please delete them from your Trashbox to free up space in DOX.
