Common Space

The common space is for every user who has an account. When access controls are set to folders, only the folders your account has access to will appear on the screen. The common space does not have limitation in the storage capacity. However, when the total used area of DOX exceeds the contracted quota amount, users will not be able to save files and create new folders in this space.
