How can I obtain a server certificate?

You need to obtain a server certificate from certificate authority such as VeriSign and Cybertrust. You must create CSR (Certificate Signing Request) at “IIJ Service Online” in order to request a certificate for DOX. Please log in to “IIJ Service Online” and choose “Create CSR” from “Set/Manage Service” menu.
For customers using IIJ's shared domain name service, there is no need to obtain a separate certificate.
Please contact your preferred certificate authority for details on how to apply and obtain certificates.

“Security Alert” window pops up when I use self-signed certificate. Is there any way to suppress the alert?

You can suppress the alert by installing the self-signed certificate in your web browser. Please note that the self-signed certificate may have been forged by someone else. There is a possibility that you may receive this forged self-signed certificate when using the DOX service.

Some certificate servers may require the use of separate intermediate CA certificate. Please use “IIJ Service Online” to install both intermediate CA certificate and server certificate.
