Only the members in the built-in “managers” group can add account. “IIJ Service Online” is the only method to be a member of the “managers” group. Please use “IIJ Service Online” to add account.
You can view registered accounts from “Manage Account” on the “Management/View” menu. "IIJ Service Online" lists the accounts as well. In addition, Bulk Manage Account lets you download the account information in a text format.

Log in to DOX and change your password with “Change Password”.
If you forget your password, please contact administrative user to reset the password for your account.

Administrators can set a password lifetime. You can force users to change their password when the password lifetime expires. See “Set Password Lifetime” for configuration information.
Assign roles of the group where the account exists. See “Group Types” for more information on roles of groups.
Deleting a group will not delete its member accounts. Group membership information of the accounts will be deleted. Group members also lose roles assigned to the group at the next login. Deleting a group will delete its group space and all the files and folders contained within. Deleted files and folders cannot be recovered.
