IIJ Document Exchange Service - Help

You can view the logs of various operations performed on files folders saved in DOX. You are allowed to view the logs of the common space, your private space and the group space your account belongs. Access logs will let you view the logs of all accounts. Logs can track the following operations:

Download Files and Folders
Upload Files and Folders
Create New Folders
Move Files and Folders
Copy Files and Folders
Delete Files and Folders
Rename Files and Folders

Logs do not track failed operations or view operations on files and folders.

Viewing access logs requires “View Access Log” role. See “Group Types” for more information on roles of groups. The private space is only available to the customers with the service contract. Please contact the person in charge of the service contract.
