Access Control Setting

Remove Access Control Setting

Removing access control setting from a folder will delete settings specific to the folder. Parent folder’s access control setting will propagate.
You can remove the access control setting only if the folder has its own access control setting specified.

Step 1
While in the common space, navigate to the intended folder (e.g. sample) and click “Access Control Setting”.

Click “Remove”.

Confirm the access control setting you are removing and click “Remove”.
Hint
“Stop” aborts setting of access control and reverts you to Step 2.

The folder’s specific access control settings are no longer available. Parent folder’s settings will be shown instead.
A list of access control settings being applied to the parent folder will appear when the confirmed access control setting is removed.
“Folders with Access Control” shows the parent folder where the folder inherits its settings.
