Manage Group

Group Set

This function is used when setting multiple groups in bulk. It is useful when you want to select groups on multiple pages.

Step 1
On the "Manage/View" menu, click "Manage Group".

Select a group, and then click "Add to Group Set" on the "Selected Group Operations" list box.
Hint
You can sort the Group Index by clicking items such as "Group Name". You can also use Search to filter accounts.
Please refer to Manage Group Screen Explanation for details on how to select multiple groups.

You will revert to the Group List, so repeat the process in Step 2 to select another group.

Step 4
Once you have finished selecting, click the "Group Set" tab on the Group List.

You can select an operation on the "Group Set Operations" list box to carry out settings. Please refer to Step 3 of "Bulk Edit Multiple Groups" or "Delete Group" for information on subsequent procedures.

Hint
Group Set is a temporary setting for editing groups, and is reset after logout. The details set in Group Set cannot be seen by other users. You can also clear the groups set under "Group Set Operations".
