04. Use Mail
Preparation (for users)

Mail address needs to be registered before using DOX’s Use Mail feature.
Registered mail address will be only used in the following instances:

Please follow the procedures below to activate the mail address:

Step 1
Click “User Setting” and enter your mail address in "Mail Address" window.

You cannot register the same mail address to multiple accounts within a single contract.
Click “Submit”.

Activation message will be sent to the specified mail address.
Click the URL in the message. Please note that the URL becomes invalid 3 hours after it is issued.

Activation is complete. DOX Web Mail is available from “Use Mail”.
HINT
Administrator may have already registered mail addresses. Users are not required to take actions in such case.

Administrator may have restricted the mail addresses that the user can register. Please contact the administrator if unable to register mail addresses.
