DOX | IIJ Document Exchange Service. |
Onetime URL | Onetime URL temporarily provides authentication-free access to specific files. You specify its effective period and allowed download count when publishing Onetime URL. Onetime URL becomes invalid when the effective periods expire, or the download counts exceed the limit. Authentication-free access to the files will no longer be available. |
Revision management | This function manages versions of the files with the same name. |
WebUI | A web browser based user interface used for the operation of DOX. This Help assumes the use of WebUI. |
WebDAV | WebDAV is an extension of Hypertext Transmission Protocol (HTTP) and defines basic file and folder operations, such as creation, copy, move and deletion. Only limited functions are available when using DOX with WebDAV. This Help does not cover the use of WebDAV. Refer to “IIJ Service Online” for more details on WebDAV. |
Namespace | The namespace separates the available work areas in DOX. The common space is for all users. The private space is limited to the account holder only. The group space is for the accounts in the group with appropriate rights. The private space is only available to the customers with the service contract. Please contact the person in charge of the service contract. |
Role | Rights required for various settings and operations. Roles are assigned on a group basis. Accounts can operate DOX based on the roles assigned to their affiliated groups. |
